Bringing over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Tracy Durgin is Senior Director of Medical Science Liaisons at Emalex Biosciences.

Prior to joining Emalex, Dr. Durgin served as Senior Director, Field Medical at Marinus Pharmaceuticals, in support of its rare epilepsy program.  Before that, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Novartis, UCB, Biogen, and Eisai. With a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, her extensive experience includes support of multiple product launches and driving medical initiatives across a variety of neuroscience therapeutic areas.

Dr. Durgin completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at University Medical Center in Tucson, and a Fellowship in Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Immunex Corporation. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts.
