Gail Hartigan is responsible for the first commercial field sales team at Emalex Biosciences, overseeing recruitment, hiring and training a best-in-class sales organization.  She is charged with building the sales infrastructure, including go-to-market strategy, and potential healthcare provider engagement.  

With nearly 30 years of pharmaceutical and biotech leadership, Mrs. Hartigan has directed and led sales teams, as well as initiatives, across ultra rare and rare diseases in central nervous system neurology and neuromuscular neurology at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Prilenia Biosciences, and Marathon Pharmaceuticals. She excels at launching complex therapies, securing and mentoring top sales talent, while building high-performing commercial teams. Her formative years were spent leading national teams at Accredo Therapeutics, Talecris Biotherapeutics, and Coram Healthcare.

Mrs. Hartigan holds a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and MBA course work from Kellogg School of Management.
