David Knouft leads patient access strategies and execution at Emalex Biosciences. He is responsible for product-related pricing, reimbursement, payer engagement, patient support services, and trade and distribution.

With over 25 years of commercial experience, Mr. Knouft has held leadership roles at Harmony Biosciences, where he oversaw market access, patient services, and field commercial teams, and at Pfizer, where he led U.S. marketing for the rare disease franchise. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in roles across Marketing, Market Access, and Sales Operations, and began his career in Accenture’s Life Sciences practice.

Mr. Knouft earned his MBA from Lehigh University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Drexel University.
