Ken Borgerding serves as Vice President, Corporate Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel. He oversees compliance implementation and monitoring functions at Emalex Biosciences.

Before joining Emalex, Mr. Borgerding spent 25 years in legal and compliance roles at the Food and Drug Administration, Takeda, Lundbeck, Assertio and MMB Healthcare. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical field, he was a major in the U.S. Army where he served in the 82nd Airborne Division and completed two tours in the Middle East, including Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Borgerding earned his Juris Doctor from the Valparaiso University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from DePauw University.
