Karl Karduck serves as Senior Director of GMP Quality Assurance (QA) at Emalex Biosciences. He is responsible for both operational management and strategic planning of QA in manufacturing, quality control testing/release, and product distribution.

Mr. Karduck has more than 20 years of diverse experience in life sciences. Previous positions have included both corporate and site-level QA leadership roles with global pharmaceutical manufacturers such as Novartis, Baxter Healthcare, and Abbott Laboratories. Over the years, Mr. Karduck has focused on applying his Quality Management System and engineering expertise to help organizations effectively meet the needs of customers and stakeholders while maintaining substantial compliance to applicable global regulations. He is a distinguished subject matter expert in various manufacturing and quality processes and has built and led numerous teams over his career in support of operations and product development.

Mr. Karduck has a master’s degree in Strategic Management from Indiana University Kelly School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago.
